The upholstery is made of a high-quality, velvety fabric with a subtle sheen and short pile. The densely woven material is highly abrasion-resistant (Martindale 100,000) and features LiquidBlocked technology, which makes it difficult for liquids to penetrate the fibers. The padding consists of polyurethane foam of varying densities and additional wadding for added comfort. The sturdy construction is based on a frame made of solid pine, particleboard, fiberboard, and plywood. The legs are made of black plastic.
