1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed in the Swiss online shop of ZEN ZONE Furniture, Freihofstrasse 20, 8700 Küsnacht.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the T&C.

2. Offer, Product Descriptions and Availability

Our products are described and presented with great care. However, slight variations in colour, structure or grain may occur with natural materials - these are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects.

All information regarding products, prices and delivery times is non-binding and may be adjusted.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in CHF and include VAT.

The purchase price must be paid in full, and the order will only be processed once payment has been received.

If a payment is outstanding, ZEN ZONE Furniture is entitled to charge default interest according to Swiss law, reminder fees and to initiate all necessary legal steps.

We always aim for an amicable solution first. If this is not possible, the customer bears all resulting costs.

4. Order and Conclusion of Contract

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. After the order is placed, a cancellation is no longer possible, as the goods are individually planned, reserved or ordered. We confirm the order by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time at

5. Delivery Times

All delivery times are non-binding estimates. We keep customers informed transparently and always work towards the fastest possible delivery.

Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

7. Delivery, Appointment Coordination and Missed Deliveries

We deliver either to curbside or by parcel service depending on the product.
If the customer selects an alternative delivery option such as upstairs delivery, assembly service or disposal, the same guidelines apply.

After dispatch, we always send a tracking e-mail. The shipment can be tracked at any time and rescheduled to another day if needed.

If a delivery appointment cannot be met for important reasons, the shipment will either be delivered again the following day (depending on method) or the customer will be contacted to arrange a new appointment.

8. Inspection, Defects and Voluntary Goodwill

8.1 Inspection

The customer must inspect the goods within 48 hours of receipt.
Any defects must be reported immediately and must be documented with photos.
Without photos, we cannot process a defect request.

8.2 Warranty for Defects

For justified defects, ZEN ZONE Furniture will decide between the following solutions:

- Repair
- Replacement
- Reasonable price reduction
- Store credit

For incorrectly delivered items, we take the goods back; the original packaging must be fully intact and undamaged. We will, of course, deliver the correct item immediately.

A withdrawal from the purchase contract is excluded.

8.3 No Right of Return

Since our furniture is individually ordered, produced or specially reserved for you, there is no general right of return.
Every item is prepared specifically for your order, making returns generally not possible.

If you still have an issue - whether a problem, misunderstanding or uncertainty - you can always contact us.

We are happy to review a voluntary solution and always try to find a fair outcome, even if no legal right to return exists.

9. Liability

The liability of ZEN ZONE Furniture is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Liability for slight negligence or indirect damages (such as loss of use or lost profit) is excluded.

10. Retention of Ownership

The goods remain the property of ZEN ZONE Furniture until full payment has been made.

11. Data Protection

The privacy policy on our website applies. Personal data is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties unless required for order processing.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless otherwise required by law.
