a) Returns:

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract within a period of 14 days from the day on which he took possession of the goods. This right of withdrawal applies exclusively in the event of defects or defective goods. To exercise the revocation, the customer is obliged to inform us of his decision by means of a clear statement by email and, if necessary, to attach photos. b) Defects and complaints:

If you receive a defective product or notice any defects, please contact our customer service immediately. c) Requirements for return:

So that we can process your return or complaint quickly, we ask that you return the product in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please also attach a copy of the invoice or delivery note so that we can clearly identify your return.

d) Exceptions:

The right of return does not apply to products that were made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, as well as to hygienically sensitive items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
