Price information
Every price listed on our website includes the Swiss VAT of 8.1%. The prices in our online shop include all additional fees.
Parcel delivery
Our standard packages are mainly delivered by Planzer Paket and Planzer Transport. If you would like to know the tracking number of your order, you can contact us via info@zen-zone.ch .
Delivery by freight forwarder
For orders of larger items or those with an increased risk of breakage, we work with our trusted partner Planzer Transport There are usually no additional costs for you after check-out. If your item is ready for shipping, Planzer Transport will contact you to arrange a delivery date. agree.
Delivery time
Your order will be shipped quickly processed. The specific delivery time of a product can be found directly on the respective product page.
Orders for non-stock items
If a product is not immediately available, you will see the estimated delivery time directly below the price under delivery time. These times are based on information from our suppliers. In the event of any delays, we will always keep you informed about the status of your order.
Note: We have only limited influence on delivery times, especially for freight forwarding deliveries by Planzer, as we work with external service providers.

International Shipping
The prices and delivery charges indicated apply to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries to other countries are possible on request. Please contact our customer service.
