Keep in mind that furniture with paper laminate may have sensitive materials underneath, such as fiberboard. Therefore, it’s important not to get the furniture wet, as this could damage the core of the product. The material is also very sensitive to oil, and oil can leave stains almost immediately, so it’s essential to use coasters and to wipe up any spills immediately. For daily care, use a soft and dry cloth, preferably microfiber, to clean the furniture. To remove tougher stains, we recommend using a soft cloth and soapy water. Be careful not to use too much water and wipe the surface dry right after. Be sure to wipe up any spilled liquid immediately, as bubbles or water rings may form if the surface is left wet.MDF Painted or lacquered MDF tops are susceptible to scratches and damage, so be careful with the surface! Detergents and cleaning products that contain ammonia are less suitable for painted surfaces because acetone, thinner, and methylated spirits can all dissolve the paint.
