kaschkasch's approach to designing more formal garden furniture for blomus results in a series that is understated, yet possesses its own distinct DNA and a harmonious attention to detail. The central design theme, where the ends of the flat surfaces are subtly curved around the main support tubes, runs through the designs of the chairs and tables, thus creating the formal coherence of the Yua family. kaschkasch designed the Yua series, offering a wide range of combinations: a classic chair with and without armrests, and a wider, more relaxed lounger, both available in flat steel – YUA – and with delicate metal struts – YUA WIRE. Additionally, there is a lounge sofa in the Yua Wire version. You can perfectly combine these seating options with a large dining table, small bistro tables in round and rectangular shapes, as well as low lounge tables in round and rectangular shapes. All these variations are available in a light Silk Gray and a darker Granite Gray. The Yua & Yua Wire variations can be combined in various settings and according to individual preferences – they are a family and can be stacked as well as fantastically combined. And of course, the colors can be mixed – making the series ideal for combining with each other. For materials, blomus relies on durable steel, which is galvanized and powder-coated with an outdoor-suitable, high-end weather protection coating that proves to be very hard-wearing.
