Removable bed with lift-up storage base Nerla in beige chenille for 180 x 200 cm mattresses

The Nerla designer bed is inspired by the sophisticated elegance of Art Déco, combining enveloping forms, curved lines, and a striking sculptural silhouette that lends character to the bedroom. The headboard with its soft shapes creates a cozy atmosphere and makes the bed the focal point of the room, while the design, with its balanced proportions, reinterprets classic aesthetics from a modern perspective. The finely structured chenille upholstery, which feels soft and velvety to the touch, underscores the warm and elegant character of the piece and also offers high light and abrasion resistance, making it perfect for everyday use. The bed combines aesthetics and functionality, and thanks to the removable covers, it is particularly easy to care for: the headboard cover can be hand-washed, and the bed frame cover can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle. Inside is a slatted base featuring 180 mm wide steam-bent poplar wood slats reinforced with plastic components for noise reduction, as well as a durable, powder-coated steel frame. Furthermore, the lift-up storage compartment utilizes the space under the mattress as spacious storage, offering a practical solution for a tidy bedroom without sacrificing design. The opening mechanism features two 900 N gas springs that facilitate access to the interior. The fabric is sourced from a supplier certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, a standard that ensures environmentally friendly and ecologically safe production. The result is a bed that creates an elegant, comfortable, and functional bedroom, where Art Déco inspiration and technical details merge into a design with its own unique character.
