Description
The GOVERNOR FLOOR is a sophisticated mid-century floor lamp. Crafted from solid brass and walnut, it creates an effective downward light, while the reflective brass shade provides a pleasantly diffused glow. When lit, the small openings around the edge create a decorative light pattern. Architect Bent Karlby led the team behind this 1956 design.
