Care instructions: Furniture with a textured fabric cover should be cleaned once a week or every two weeks. Gently brush the fabric with a soft brush or use a vacuum cleaner on a low setting with a special upholstery nozzle. This will remove dust and dirt without letting them penetrate deeper. The textured fabric cover should be thoroughly refreshed 1–2 times a year. Wipe the entire fabric with a damp solution of a neutral detergent, such as dish soap and water. Afterwards, wipe with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove any detergent residue. Allow the fabric to air dry. You can also use special upholstery cleaners for fabrics. Follow the manufacturer's instructions when doing so. In case of stains or spilled liquids, gently blot the liquid with a dry cloth or paper towel. To remove dirt from mud, ketchup, mayonnaise, yogurt, or lipstick, carefully pick up the remnants of the substance. Use mild, neutral detergents such as dish soap or mild soap mixed with lukewarm water in a ratio of one teaspoon of detergent to two cups of water to clean the sofa. Strong cleaners and bleach can damage the cover. Do not try to remove stains – especially organic ones – with hot water, as they may set. Clean the soiled area slowly using circular motions from the outer edge of the stain toward the center. This prevents the stain from spreading further. Avoid vigorous and heavy rubbing to ensure the structure of the fabric is not damaged. Repeat the cleaning process if necessary, enlarging the cleaned area around the stain to avoid water rings. Test the cleaning agent on an inconspicuous area of the furniture before starting the cleaning to avoid damaging the fabric. After removing the stain, let the fabric air dry at room temperature. Do not use a hairdryer or any other direct heat source. Do not sit on the sofa during this time, as the cover may deform.
